Everything worked out perfect. The driver was right there with a sign for us when we walked out of the airport. The SUV we rode in was very nice and the ride was enjoyable. Would definitely use this company when we return to Cabo.

We had an excellent experience with NRC both ways Chilled champagne and a very comfortable Suburban were waiting for us on arrival. We stopped for shopping at the Walmart on the way in. We accidentally left a diaper bag with 2 ipads in the 3rd row seat when we got to the hotel. Upon realizing it was missing and after checking with the hotel staff, I immediately called Ericka who checked and confirmed the bag was in the SUV. Our party of 8 used Ericka's service to and from the Westin over the December break. Our driver wasn't waiting for us when we got out of the airport, but with a few calls we found him. Otherwise, the service was great.

We were a little late arriving and were concerned that the driver might not have waited. But he was there with a smiling face. After he dropped us at our Hotel we realized that we had left a coat in the vehicle. The Hotel made a call for us and the driver returned in 15 minutes with my wife's coat and phone. The car and driver were waiting for us when we exited the terminal; the driver was very helpful, very courteous, and friendly. The car looked like it was brand new, but if it wasn't new it was certainly a recent model, and spotlessly clean. The driver gave us each small icy cold water bottles on arrival, which was great as it was a hot day and we were craving a drink! I have no hesitations on recommending Nice Ride Cabo. I also agree with other peoples' comments that transport is best pre-arranged as those without transport are set upon by many touts trying to get you to see a time-share, or whatever, and you end up paying more. One family of 4 in our group ended up paying $125 one way from the airport because they were taken in by one of the airport touts.

After reading and researching how to get from the Airport to the Medano Beach area after my buddy and I landed from Phoenix. I decided on Nice Ride Cabo. From the Get Go, Ericka and her friendly and quick email exchange with me a week prior to our leaving answered all of my questions and settled my apprehension regarding the trip. Our Driver Rafael kept an eye out for us which was great since we arrived a few mins early. Once we met up with him outside the terminal, he confirmed who we were once I showed him the voucher from my email. The Ford Expedition we rode in was air conditioned and the ride was smooth. Rafael was very knowledgeable on the area and answered a lot of questions for us on he way over there. He was very good with both english and spanish languages, which was very good for my buddy since he doesn't speak a word of spanish. There was also none of the "You have to meet with a tour guide the next day to confirm your return trip" nonsense you sometimes get with other car services run by tour guide companies. I will use them again without question.
